When I search for work from home jobs, I occasionally come across various work from home airline jobs. It might surprise you there are some reputable airlines who actually use home-based agents to book flights and perform customer service duties.
For today’s post, I’ve done the research and made a list of four airlines that sometimes have home-based openings.
One downside — some of these companies all require that you work onsite for a while prior to being allowed to work from home. So this might not be an option for you depending on where you’re located.
Please keep in mind the companies listed below aren’t always hiring. I have provided this list for you as a reference to know what airlines to keep tabs on for work at home jobs.
In addition, the jobs below are exclusively US-based. But I’m happy to list some worldwide airline jobs if anyone is aware of them. Just comment and let me know!
4 Work From Home Airline Jobs
1. Southern Airways Express
This company has occasional openings for virtual call center agents. These jobs appear to be open to anyone in the US, but I’m not 100{b06a7c74d927971cbbdd1edabb743a60c7d4f6f57c6d783eae1ce476151148b2} clear on this.
Per the most recent job listing, pay is $13 to $15 hourly. You would be working full-time, eight hour shifts. You only need to have a diploma or GED for past education, but they do state you need at least a year of past call center experience and they prefer if it’s been within the airline industry.
The job opening states that you need to be bilingual (English/Spanish).

2. Breeze Airways
This company has a current opening for “airport agents” that may be a hybrid type position where you work in-office some of the time and at home some of the time. The listing isn’t entirely clear — it may be that they are hiring both remote and in-office workers for this role.
You do need to live close to the RSW airport in Ft. Myer’s, FL, in order to be considered for this role.
Working remotely, you will communicate with Guests through a digital-first contact approach, but also telephone communication as needed.
If hired, you’d need to travel to Breeze Headquarters in Salt Lake City, UT for meetings and trainings as needed (travel to be arranged as needed by Breeze).
Requires at least two years of past customer service experience. Pay is between $15 and $16.50 hourly depending on if you’re working at home or at the airport.

3. Sun Country Airlines
This company has occasional customer service and reservation support work from home airline jobs open.
They can hire from any US states except for California, Illinois, Massachusetts, Montana, North Dakota, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Washington, Washington DC, and any US Territory.
Pay is listed at $16.60 hourly.
It is a full-time position and you do need some past customer service experience to qualify.

4. Eagle’s Wings Air
Eagle’s Wings Air has occasional work at home customer service rep openings in Tampa, FL and possibly other areas.
Training is paid. Indeed lists the pay rate at $13.50 hourly.
Eagle’s Wings Air prefers that you’ve had three years of past call center experience. They also prefer that you have at least an Associate’s degree.
This job is NOT always posted, but when it is, I see it on Indeed on Eagle’s Wings Air company page on that site.
Good luck if you decide to apply for any open work from home airline jobs. And again, please do not become discouraged if the jobs aren’t open now. They come and go regularly.

Bonus Tip – Check FlexJobs For Even More Well-Known Companies Hiring Remotely
FlexJobs is one of my favorite sites to use for finding remote jobs and learning about new companies that hire remotely. Most of what I see there when I check the listings pays well above minimum wage and are known companies.
The great thing about FlexJobs is that they guarantee ALL listings are scam-free. They list hundreds of jobs — all of which are either remote or flexible in nature — five days per week. There are also no ads on the site.
Because there are no ads, they do charge a membership fee since that is the only way they can see a return on their job-searching efforts.
But it’s cheap — you can get access for a few weeks for just $2.95!
If you sign up and don’t like it, it’s very easy to cancel right away so you are not billed again for the following month.
